The time has come to stand your ground over one particularly tricky issue. While, understandably, you were hoping this could be avoided, that’s becoming increasingly unlikely. Once you raise this matter, others will be so relieved to be talking it over, and in relative harmony, that they’ll be cooperative, and in the extreme.
