Job DescriptionResponsibilities• Serve as a subject matter expert and member of the ServiceNow development team responsible for analysis, design development and implementation of modules and applications on Teradata’s SN platform.• Gather and evaluate user requirements to build professional and effective user interfaces and interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation and search fields.• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how an interface will function and what it will look like.• Configure, develop, implement and maintain multiple ServiceNow modules including, but not limited to: Incident Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog and Change Management.• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including creating workflows, writing JavaScript and managing user access.• Continuously analyze requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities.• Analyze troubleshoot and fix system issues as well as respond to and resolve operational support tickets.• Proactively maintain technical and functional knowledge applicable to the ServiceNow platform.• Actively engage in system testing including writing test cases and creating and utilizing automated test scripts.Required Qualification
