Responsible to coordinate with invigilator for test.Conduct examination from start and finish where possible and check attendance according to seating plansCollect Applications from different locations & organize seating plans for exam sessionsPrepare different MIS (Recruitment enrolment report, ISQ fee reconciliation report)Assist the HR Manager with the annual recruitment of invigilators.Ensure examination papers are dispatched to the examiners as requiredReview & Supervise Pay order paymentsMaintain corporate image by responding promptly to routine enquiries and requests for informationLiaise with clients, ascertain feedback and incorporate them to facilitate improvementProvide a consistent, quality standard of service delivery to staff, students and others as appropriateSet high standards for judging professional behaviourEncourage team building to deliver results through co-operation and flexibilityCreate system of continuous exposure and training to develop effective solutions
