Description
Coordination with carrier, customers and international staff for all ocean exports operations, documentation and customer services to meet regulations and internal procedures.Manager all functions related to ocean exports.Expedites the daily activities of all operational functions ensuring client satisfaction is successfully achieved and company policies adhered to.Ensures team meets customer requirements and takers corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements.Monitors quality and adherence to standards and is responsible for constant improvement and optimization.Ensures compliance's with carrier, customs, transporter is maintained for smooth operations and to achieve company goals.Develops a high performance service culture.Manages interface with customer service and other functions.
